Our Midwestern summer weather has finally cooled down to bearable temps and we’re itching to get outside and play. That is just what Oregon company, “Outside Baby” is all about. They have exactly what we need to get out there and enjoy what mother nature has thrown our way.     i totally already get your newsletter, which is fun, you guys really work hard at this stuff!!!

    my favorite outside place would have to be places like jakes rocks or rimrock. actually, i love to go anywhere cool, sunday drive types of places. (dams, camping is high on the list, state parks, etc.) and the best way to end it is to stop for ice cream!

  6. Your newsletter is how I found out about this! :) Both mine and my youngest child’s faavorite outside place is the duck pond down at our park. We love to take bread down and feed out spoiled rotten ducks and look for small fish just below the surface.

  9. My new favorite outside place is the park down the street from my house. So long as it’s not too hot. The playground is great for kids and there’s a great splash park (when we aren’t on wanter restriction). The kicker - a Starbucks on site. Something for everyone. :)

  16. oops, I forgot to tell you my favorite out door place… Well, it’s New Zealand — the whole country — but since that’s not an “every day” thing, we like to go to the state park just up the road from us on the weekends and walk the trails and play on the playgrounds. It’s called Red Top Mountain in Cartersville, GA. Very pretty and since it’s close by, it’s great for us!

    We love hiking at Stone Mountain here in NC. It is only about an hour away from us and in the fall months probably go 3 times a month. They have beautiful waterfalls and the trails are wonderfully shaded. It is just TOO HOT to hike there in the summer months. The backpack would be PERFECT to hold lunch and snack items for the 4 of us! What a wonderful contest!
