My First Shades (MFS Eyewear) was introduced on day one of our Virtual Expo.  These shades are made for newborns to kids of age twelve.

MFS Eyewear™ was established as a company that takes a proactive, yet fun approach to encouraging eye protection for children. Founded in 2001 as My First Shades®, MFS Eyewear™ designs eyewear that is comfortable, yet stylish for children. The company is a proud iParenting Media Award winner for their patented wrap around sunglasses. MFS Eyewear™ looks forward to offering greater selection in multiple age groups, and is currently adding product lines specifically targeted at ages five to twelve. The new MFS Eyewear™ line will reflect their commitment to 100% UV eye protection for all youth ages, from infants to age twelve.

We’re giving away a pair of these fab shades to one ParentSphere reader.  Winner chooses the pair they want.

To enter, visit the My First Shades website, pick out the eyewear and size of your choice.  Then, come back here and tell us your choice in a comment on this post (comment section located in the box below this post).  Giveaway ends on Wednesday, September 17th.  The winner will be notified via email the morning of the 18th (check your spam folder!) and we will update this post after the winner has been chosen.

  37. It’s refreshing to see black items for infants. All too often the only selection for my 4 month old daughter is pink and purple or yellow and green. So my fave is the gloss black. I also like the leaf green shades.

  73. I really believe in sunglasses to protect little ones eyes. A couple at our church adopted a 9 month old downs syndrome baby and I would give the sunglasses to them for the baby. I think the translucent Royal Blue would be a nice one for the baby.
