This would be great for my step-son, he’ll be restationed from Bahran to Japan soon. He’s in the Navy. He just called me on the phone today. We hadn’t heard from him for a few months and he apologized for not calling, but they have him working at least 12hour days and he puts in an extra 4 to 5 hours a day on top of that to get everything done that needs to be done. They get paid Salary, so even if they work over 8 hours a day the pays the same. He seems happy though and it would be nice to reward him for all the hard work and long hours he’s putting in for our Country. Hope I win, so he can have such a great watch.

I would give this watch to my partner because he works very hard as a truck driver, after getting degrees in both sociology and journalism, because of his slight autism and dyslexia, while I get to live my life in the arts (poetry, writing, and collages)! I’ll be very happy when he can retire and not have to wake every morning between 2 and 4 a.m. (always a different time) and have sometimes even 10-12 hour days in the blustery weather! This watch would mark the time he’d be able to then give to his own creative pursuits (since he is artistically talented).

I would give this to my husband, which provides for 3 children. He works a full time job clearing power lines from tree debris, and works on a farm during the evening. When he gets home, he sometimes has the awful task of pulling items out of clogged drains that our three year old saw fit to dispose of. I would love to win this for my sweety! Being a local SWAT and police officer, he works hard and trains even harder and rarely has the money for luxuries like new watches. My husband works midnights and comes home and cooks for me everyday (cooking is his hobby). Lately he has been so worried about his job (the auto industry in MI) and he worries about giving the kids (4 of them) a good Christmas because we don’t charge things up, we only use cash. He has been been on a transplant list all year for a new kidney and a new pancreas and as the year ends he has become more frustrated because we haven’t gotten that special call.
