Now this is classic
*Congratulations to our winner, Roxann! (#154)
When this offer came my way, I absolutely could NOT refuse. See, I’m a sucker for all things Christmas ever since my daughters were born. I love it that my four year old digs these old Christmas classics and can watch them over and over and over, just like me. Just like I have been doing since I was her age. I love it that we have these memories to share. So this box set is on it’s way to our house and I am anticipating the day that it arrives.
Thanksgiving is over (hopefully you had a nice one) and the Christmas season (in my opinion) is OFFICIALLY here! That means, our family does something Christmas-related every single day until the end of December (including making a homemade wreath and some homemade tree ornaments…I’ll keep you posted on how all of that goes).
I need to spread the joy to you, so Classic Media is working with me to give one of our readers this exact box set with the following Christmas classics:
- Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer
- Frosty The Snowman
- Santa Claus is Comin’ To Town!
- The Little Drummer Boy
- Mr. Magoo’s Christmas Carol
- Cricket on the Hearth
- Frosty Returns
To enter, you just need to leave a comment on this post. Your comment can be about anything, really. We’re not that picky but you could always just let us know which of the above titles are your favorites and maybe why. Mine are Rudolph, Frosty and Santa Claus. Can’t live without seeing those every single Christmas.
We’ll pick a winner the morning of December 4th, so you’ll have enough time to enjoy these classics before the holiday arrives. Heck, we were watching them all the way into March of this year from last Christmas. Whatever floats your boat, I guess.
Happy black Friday shopping (if you are out braving the crowds unlike me) and good luck!

I guess my favorite is Rudolph but I do like Mr. Magoo and not many people are familiar with that one because it hasn’t been shown as much on TV. I remember seeing it as a child and really liking it. It has great music. The ones who wrote the music also wrote the Barbra Streisand tune “People” and there was a rumor that this song was originally supposed to be in Mr. Magoo. I read recently that it probably is not true. Check out Mr. Magoo. I finally got the DVD a couple years ago so now I can watch it whenever I want. I would like to win this collection for my nephew. He is 7 months old and I’d like to see him grow up experiencing these Christmas classics. I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season.
