ParentSphere is a lifestyle blog for parents from a husband/dad and wife/mom point of view. It is our belief that modern design-conscious parents can live in style and comfort with items that are functional for the little ones as well. Whether it is fashion, electronics, or home decor, our coverage emphasizes products and discussion that will make the lives of dad, mom, and the teething two-year-old in the back seat a little bit happier.

THE PARENTS

The “parents” of ParentSphere are Amy Mueller, co-founder of the unique product review blog, MumsTheWurd.com and Eric Mueller, founder of Chicago’s top mp3 blog, CanYouSeeTheSunset.com

Amy and Eric have been avid bloggers since 2005. Amy has always focused her interests on parenting topics and discovering unique products for parents and children. Eric is a former musician, turned dad but his love for music has never waned. The idea of managing a site together, combining their passions of parenting, music and modern, eco-conscious living has finally become a reality. That reality is “ParentSphere.net”.

LIFESTYLE

The tagline “more than changing poopy diapers. it’s a lifestyle” is really what being a parent is all about. You enter the world of the unknown when you become a parent. You begin a new lifestyle, if you will. Pieces of you go walking around, right before your eyes, and you just go with it. You learn to share and view the world through innocent eyes. Parenting is truly an eye-opening experience. That being said, being a parent is way more than changing poopy diapers or giving time-outs. It is an entirely new lifestyle. You have to embrace it.

BLOG

The blog post topics on ParentSphere reflect the lives of two 30-somethings, who adore their daughter and love to give advice, whether it be discussing parenting joys and woes or promoting the coolest new album for the parents and kids.

MUSIC FROG

Music is such a large part of our lives that it’s only fair to highlight the topic and give it a featured spot on our site. Music Frog content includes music suitable for adults and kids alike, concert dates and artist news. It is our hope that Music Frog will grow into its own site at some point in time.
